Bias Tugel Beach referred to by locals as Pantai Bias Tugel. This is a small bay with a 130-meter stretch of white sand just south of the Padangbai Harbor. The bay offers a tranquil scene that is made possible by a long and narrow headland that obscures it from the hubbub of the nearby port.
Golden colored sand is peppered with traces of volcanic black. Grains are large, but it’s still soft underfoot, although not squeaky. Volcanic cliffs fuse into a rocky shoreline wrapping the headlands at each end of the beach.
5. Kelingking Beach
Kelingking Beach located at Nusa Penida Island, the isolated island with white sandy, clear blue sea is surrounded by headland and steep cliff. This exotic beach makes tourist willing to queue until one hour for taking a picture.
In addition to its exotic, there are some facts about Kelingking beach which resembles the little fingers. 6. Geger Beach
Such exclusivity means its beaches are secluded, clean and often uncrowded. One of Nusa Dua’s most popular beaches is Geger Beach, located on the southern shores of Sawangan. It offers the unique backdrop of Geger Temple perched on a grassy limestone clifftop.
7. Balangan Beach
Balangan Beach is one of Bali’s most scenic spots, featuring a gorgeous half-kilometer stretch of golden sand between vegetated limestone cliffs. Locally referred to as Pantai Balangan, there’s a reef just off the coast that creates one of the longest left-handers breaks on the island. This surfing paradise attracts wave riders from around the world, who enjoy most of the south-western Bukit coastline.
8. Suluban Beach
Suluban comes from the word “mesulub” which is Balinese, meaning passing under something because this beach is under a cliff. The name Suluban also refers to the rock tunnels around the beach that must pass through the tunnel before reaching the shoreline. Suluban Beach is also known as Blue Point Beach.
9. Green Bowl Beach
One of the most secluded beaches in Bali, Green Bowl beach is located in Ungasan, about 15 minutes from any town. The steep descent of hundreds of steps makes this beach less populated, with only a few surfers and adventurous folks willing to make the effort. Limestone caves on the beach are perfect for taking a break.
10. Nyang-Nyang Beach
Nyang Nyang is one of Bali’s hardest to reach but most beautiful beaches. Visitors must either come through the Nyang Nyang hotel near the Uluwatu temple, which means staying there as a guest or at least buying something from the restaurant or can head down a “road” that is full of rocks, tree roots, and holes, and which is covered in thick mud after rains. Off-road vehicles can make it, but most taxis and drivers will refuse to go down this path.
The waves here are always much bigger than anywhere else, as there is nothing between this beach and the South Pole but empty ocean. While this can be a good place for snorkeling and diving, it is very dangerous for the inexperienced.
